Rose & Vanilla Utrecht is open again

We can finally share the news: Rose & Vanilla Utrecht is open again. After a difficult period full of uncertainty, recovery, and a lot of hard work, we are happy and grateful to welcome you back to our renovated cake café on the Amsterdamsestraatweg.

The fire was a major setback, but also a moment to pause and start anew. Over the past few months, we have worked with great care and love on a new interior that perfectly reflects who we are now. Fresh, warm, and in the same style as our café in Amsterdam. The result feels like a fresh start, one that we are incredibly proud of.

For now, we are opening with a soft launch: we are serving delicious cakes and great coffee, and we will soon expand this to include an extensive lunch menu and our beloved high tea. We are taking it slow so that everything can fall into place step by step.

In the display case, you will already find two new cakes that we are very excited about: a cheerful Miffy carrot cake—a nod to our Utrecht roots—and a fresh passion fruit cheesecake. Naturally, they are completely gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan, just as you are used to from us.

Outside, we will soon be working on a larger terrace so you can also enjoy all these treats in the sun.

We want to thank everyone for all the kind messages, support, and involvement over the past period. It has touched us and motivated us to keep going.
