From the very beginning, we have made our brownies with cocoa instead of chocolate, because in our early days dairy-free organic chocolate simply wasn’t available. We still love it so much that we’re keeping it this way, even though we now have dairy-free chocolate at our disposal. It is firm, rich, and packed with walnuts.
